I have just returned home with a $12 bargain from the Wellington Tip Shop: an old desk which is now my potting table! I have put it to good use already this morning by potting on some buxus hedge that I am going to put around my artichokes to create a potager look in my garden. I also bought some Yates Mitzuna this morning. I have never grown this before and thought it might be a nice addition to my lettuce salads.
Well I had better go and make the most of this gorgeous day as I’m working all weekend, so have given myself the day off to get really stuck into my garden.
